1. Data we process
BuyBacks processes data needed to operate a public fee-routing interface, including:
- Public Solana addresses, signatures, and token metadata
- X handles and related public profile fields used for fee tagging and display
- Wallet connection events (public address, chain, coarse IP / user-agent for abuse)
- Launch registrations (mint, name, ticker, optional image URL, fee tag)
- Adm1n configuration stored in Cloudflare KV (brand, treasury, gates)
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, or custodial wallet credentials. Wallet signing happens in your extension or device.
3. Third-party services
The Service may call or embed third parties such as Solana RPC providers, DexScreener (market data), pump.fun (launches), Cloudflare (hosting / KV), and X (profile / π Moneyrails). Those parties process data under their own policies.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies or similar storage for development-gate unlock, maintenance sync, and wallet session preferences.
5. Retention
On-chain data is public and permanent. Off-chain logs and KV records are retained as needed for operations, security, and legal compliance.
6. Requests
For privacy requests related to display of your handle on the site, contact @BuyBacks. We may not be able to erase public blockchain data.
